Arbequina olives are a Spanish cultivar that lends themselves to a robust oil, with nutty and herbaceous notes and a peppery bite on the finish. Our 100% Arbequina olive oil is fantastic as finishing oil, dipped in crusty bread or drizzled over garden fresh vegetables.


The Field Blend olive is created with both French and Italian cultivars of olives. It has a fruity, grassy aromatic quality with buttery notes. Try this one in place of butter when you are pan-searing fish, lamb or chicken. It's also especially great in baked goods.
