Arbequina olives are a Spanish cultivar that lends themselves to a robust oil, with nutty and herbaceous notes and a peppery bite on the finish. Our 100% Arbequina olive oil is fantastic as finishing oil, dipped in crusty bread or drizzled over garden fresh vegetables. Our Field Blend olive is created with Spanish, French and Italian olive cultivars. It has a lovely fruitiness balanced with buttery notes. Try this one in place of butter when you are pan-searing fish, lamb or chicken. It's also especially great in baked goods. The limited edition Winemakers Blend is special each year as our olive cultivars are blended by local winemakers in the same process they use to blend wines.
