Single Cultivar 100% Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 2025 Harvest. Our 100% Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from olives we grow on our farm in San Miguel on California’s Central Coast. We make this single cultivar olive oil by handpicking our olives and having them milled into olive oil by our local miller, within hours of the olives being picked off the trees. This herbaceous olive oil is perfect as a finishing oil, served with a simple baguette, or used as a marinade for beef or pork. Tasting Notes: fruit forward with hints of olive leaf and summer grass on the nose, with a slight pepper note on the finish.
