The secret is out of the bag, or rather it is in the bag.  Have you ever wanted to smoke your own fish at home and not been able to get the brine just right?  Our latest product brings the smokehouse flavors to your backyard smoker.

We have made it super simple for you - add the bag of our special brine mix to 1 gallon of water and stir well; brine your fish making sure it is submerged completely in our brine for 3-4 hours; then smoke away on your @traegergrills or other home smoker.
